The processes regarding project development are very similar to the processes of organisational development, with the significant difference that project development is not oriented on the already existing but on the goal of creating something new.
Due to that project development must not refer to existing contents and resources but to new ideas. The adaption to existing resources, systems and structures is a part of the process. Especially in this field the knowledge of the national and international support systems and structures is essential. Our main focus is here as well in the social and vocational field of integrative projects which aim to improve the living conditions of people.
We have profound knowledge of the national support system such as job centre, social security centre, the local and the federal governments as well as the international support system of the EU especially the programs of ESF, the projects of life long learning, progress, phare-program, leader program et cetera.
Furthermore we are familiar with the programs of the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs which are operated within the Austrian Development Agency. These programs are especially for regions in South- East Asia as well as Africa and Central- and South America.
